Taking buggy on travels
 2 of 12

Before you buy:

Things to consider when choosing a buggy:

  • Be realistic about how much you are going to use your pushchair
  • Spend more money if you are going to use it every day
  • For the comfort and safety of your child, avoid cheap models that don't have seat recline, hood and adjustable backrest
  • In the summer, sun protection is vital, so make sure your buggy has a roomy hood
  • If you plan to use a pushchair regularly, be aware of comfort when choosing a model - sitting for hours in a badly-designed buggy is not good for your baby
