The skin on your bump will be tender and itchy as it grows. Apply moisturiser and avoid tight clothing. See your GP if you itch all over as it could be a sign of a rare liver condition.
Change position often - if you're sitting, stand up for a while. This will aid blood flow and help ease conditions such as varicose veins. This is also a good time to really ramp up your pelvic floor exercises. You’ll be glad of them following the birth.
