Caffeine during pregnancy guidelines

Love a latte? Crave a cappuccino? We all love a mid-morning pick-me-up, but it’s worth keeping an eye on how much coffee you drink in light of new research that advises pregnant women to limit their caffeine intake to 200mg per day – previously it was 300mg.

Too much caffeine is thought to be linked to low birth weights, so bear in mind it’s also found in tea and cola, as well as coffee.
