Pregnant? Time to buy a new bra
Pregnant? Time to buy a new bra

By week 10 of your pregnancy you may have begun to notice your breasts changing shape: getting bigger.

It's time to get yourself a couple of new bras. Make sure they are comfortable, supportive and non-wired.

Don't spend a fortune, though, as your shape is likely to change a few more times before your baby is born.

Off to buy your new bra? Bear these four points in mind:

Look for a soft, comfortable and supportive design. Natural fabrics like cotton will keep you cool and comfy.
Avoid standard underwired bras - wire may restrict the developing milk ducts and cause pain and discomfort.
Don't just buy one size up from normal - get properly fitted.
Go for wide, adjustable back and shoulder straps.
