hi i kind of have a bottom draw a few bits saved from DS he is 17 now but i couldnt bare to part with them lol and also some freebies a polar bear from aptimil and a bottle from i cant remember where they are squirelled away nicely waiting their turn lol

hi my other half takes multi vits and zinc aswell. other than that he is pretty healthy anyway doesnt smoke doesnt drink much gets plenty excercise eats quite healthily and only takes showers so he doesnt need to change much else.

mine were home health uk aswell but got them from ebay im going to check out there website though. arrived really quick . i also take my temp and chart on fertility friend iv found that really helpful. it takes the pressure off a bit if you understand what your bodys doing.OH took his zinc this morn he is keeping them in the car so he wont forget bless him lol. iv told him itll give him olympic swimmers a bit of an ego boost never hurts lol.

ok im planning a military style attempt at TTC this time my OPKs arived this morn with some preg tests (best to be prepared lol) and iv stocked up on preg vitamins that iv been taking and also bought evening primrose oil for me and zinc and multi vits for OH we will prob rattle but hopefully itll be worth it.

i take tesco 'pregnancy' coz its multi vit and 400 folic acid and a quater of the price of pregnacare etc. suppose it depends on your budget and how long you need to take it for we have been trying for 6 mnths now so pregnacare would be too expensive for us i did like the sound of the conception one but i wasnt sure what the difference would be for the extra cash.

ok back from docs waste of time really she said dont worry about temps charting opks etc just BD twice a week and you should get preg if not come back in 6 mnths. well thats where we have all been going wrong lol think il stick to advice from people on here lol

we have been TTC officially since may although i came of pill july 09 it took till may for AF to return properly (i also had treatment for abnormal smear in jan long story) i have a DS who is 17 im 36 this was 1st mc and i havent been offered anything because it hadnt been confirmed by doc although i had done 4 tests all of which were positive a little bit faint but def positive a week after AF was due im also charting BBT on FF so i was sure when AF was due. the appointment this afternoon was supposed to be to confirm the pregnancy. i dont think theyll do any investigations into MC but i wasnt sure if there were any other tests that could be done to check my general health iv heard people tlk about day 21 bloods but im not sure theyll even do that for me. i guess im just wanting some reasurrance from doc that it can happen again and stick which i know is probably the same as wanting to know you have a chance of winning the lottery lol.i just thought if i went in and said can you do a blood test for this and swabs for that etc they might take me a bit more seriously. i know im clutching at straws here.

hi if youve read my other posts youll know we had an early MC at 5.5wks which started on tuesday. i had a docs appointment booked for today to confirm pregnancy so have decided to keep appointment but explain whats happened and ask if any tests etc he can do to check me out for TTC not sure what though. iv had smear test in sept which came back clear (i have them every 6 mnths due to problems iv had last couple of years) but not sure what else to ask about i want to sound like i know what im taking about so he takes me seriously. any suggestions?

SUMMER we have been trying since may but wanted to start for about 2 yrs before that i had some abnormal smears and had to have letz treatment in jan i came off pill a year gone july and after i came of it took till may this yr for AF to regulate. and yeah i never do things like 'normal people' lol
BOB thanks iv ordered opk's so im going to try that i need to read up on smep coz not quite sure what it is iv heard people tlking about it though
EMMYLOO i sometimes feel like that aswell but then i think iv done a much better job with DS than some of the parents of others his age and it makes me feel better. i think i might try evening primrose thanks do you have to take it all month and does it take time to get into your system
