Short luteal phase

With my first i had long cycles ranging from 90+ days down to 30 odd. so it was only my 2nd cycle. This time my cyles are more regular 28 days give or take but i ovulate usually on cd20 this month will be cycle 5. I have also read about early spotting being a sign of a short LP. x

Hey all. i also have a short LP. shortest ive had was 6 days last month was 8 days and i started spotting on 5dpo. it's so frustrating. we are ttc baby no.2. with dd my lp was 10days so it has shortened over the years. i am also taking so many vitamins i rattle all in hope of lenghthening it and getting pregnant soon. fingers crossed for us all to get our bfp's soon xx

Could this be a sign of pg?

Hiya, All your symptoms could be preg symptoms. Maybe do a test? Fingers crossed for you x

Can agnus castus kick start ovulation?

Hiya

yes i used it first time round when trying for my daughter.

After coming off the pill i had very long cycles. It helped shorten my cycles from 90+ days down to in the 30's. We started trying again in jan and i have started taking it this cycle to see if it helps me ovulate sooner, last month i ov'd on CD20. it is herbal so maybe give it a go. you should only take it up to ovulation though so maybe get some ov sticks.

Hiya Everyone

I am now 9dpo but i have been spotting since 6dpo. The same happened last month but i started spotting on 5dpo and got full af on 8dpo. Today i thought full af was starting as i had red spotting(sorry if tmi) but as the morning has gone on it has disapeared . my temp did drop slightly this morning but not loads so clinging on to hope if af is not here tomorrow i might test the day after. keep your fingers crossed girls.
