ok so I have just expressed my first bottle and realised I have no idea what I'm doing, so I have a few questions...

1. How much would I need to express per feed for a 5 week old? (I realise this would vary baby to baby but just an average idea..?)

2. How long is it useable for when keeping it in the fridge?

3. How would I reheat it when I'm ready to use it? microwave? or just let it warm to room temp?

4. I'm using Tommy Tippee closer to nature, bottles and pump, is the milk ok stored in a bottle and a full lid? (not the bottle lids, the proper ones if that makes any sense?)

Hi ladies! I hope you and babies are all well, apologies
For having dropped off the face of the earth lol life with 2 is
Pretty constant as some of you will know but mostly
I don't go on my laptop much any more and I hate the iPhone predictive text for
Writing x

Anyway Felicity is now 5wks and 2 days old it's crazy how fast the time has gone!!
But she's thriving, she has put on weight nicely although I'm not sure what she is at the min, due to see hv next week for 6week check. She gives big smiles now and sleeps well waking only once or twice in the night for a quick feed. Her big sister still adores her Which melts my heart to see. So aside from her holding on to her Wind and this sticky weather we are all pretty good!

I hope you are all ok and I will try to post more from now on lol xx

I'm the same with my lo she is 3weeks and 4days and I think she has mild colic or holding onto wind problems, have you tried infacol? We used it yesterday and it's like magic
