HELP sleep

I think it all depends on what you feel is right for you.
Lucy's right in that stopping CC after an hour just send mixed signals. Cc is blummin hard, but if you make the decision to do it then you *must* see it through. I did CC when I ditched A's dummy. It was horrid but sooooo worth it. The first night was by far the worst; she took an hour and 20 mins to go to sleep (crying for this time) but we stuck with it going in at intervaks to soothe her. It took 3 nights (less time crying at each night) and I can honestly say we've not looked back since. I did CC because I knew the only reason she was crying was because I'd taken away her dummy.

I'm not an advocate for CC lol, but It worked for us.
Do what you feel suits you xx

Hi Christine
Sorry to hear you're going through a tough time.
Don't worry, I'm a firm believer in my saying that "any rods can be removed"

How long did you do CC for? Have you tried a gentler approach (gradual withdrawal?) xx

Ooo and hubby's agreed I can get one (to be fair, he didn't have a lot of choice hehehehe!!)

Just need to find the best price for a red one, Mothercare's price is great as i've got a 10% discount code too BUT they're not in stock for another 4-6 weeks grrr  xx

Thank you ladies. I've been having a look online and the cheapest so far has been a website called Baby's Mart which was ??162.99; but they only do it in orange/grey, green or stone hmmm..........think i've set my sights on the red one lol!

However, is there a huge difference between the Mini and the Metro?? From what I can tell their dimensions and weight are the same, looks like the Metro has a smaller hood?? xx

shoe sizes?

DD hasn't grown much either. She was first measured at 10 months a Clarks for some cruisers; she was a 3F. I got her measured again when she was 12 months, she'd not gone up kn size only in width (to a G). At the beginning of December I got her measured for walkers and she'd then gone up to a 3 and a half (still G). So no major changes really. Her shoes still have room in so I'm not planning on getting her measured for new ones just yet x

Ooooooooo thank you ladies, you're selling it so well eeeeek!!! I REALLY want one!

Will it be ideal to travel with (I.e on an aeroplane?) Does it fold really small so will pretty much fit in any car boot?

Oh, and the most important thing of course LOL.............what colour would you go for? xx

I reeeeeeeally want one of these pushchairs!! My DD is 15 months and we've been using the iCandy Apple since day 1 and it's AMAZING but I'm looking for a lightweight stroller to make it easier to take in & out of the car (iCandy is bulky) and also we're going on holiday in June so need to good stroller.
We do have a M&P Kato stroller, used literally 3 times as it's not great. DD, not on the small side ( ) looks slumped down in it and really uncomfortable.

I LOVE the look of the Baby Jogger City Mini, ive yet to see it in real life though so I haven't had a go with it. I cant quite justify the ??200+ price tag though to be fair.

Soooooo, if you've got one (or used one) how good is it? Do you know what nationwide shops have them in store for me to try it out? Is it worth the price tag? I've looked on eBay but id rather buy new - anywhere that does them "cheaper"??

Thanks xx

I've got the the iCandy Apple and I don't know where i'd be without the footmuff!! Yes, it's pricey but I suppose if you've got an iCandy pushchair then you might as well get the accessories
It washes really well too.

I don't have a bag clip, tbh the basket is a really good size so haven't needed to buy one yet (15 months since started using it!) x
