Mines 12th may so only a week to wait eek! We'll be finding out, though I'm pretty sure I'm having a girl!!!

Heartburn and babies with hair!!!

I suffered the whole of my last pregnancy and ds was born with a full head of hair. I've suffered pretty much from the beginning this time too so I'm expecting this one to have a full head of hair too!

I had gaviscon when I couldn't put up with it much longer and I had to sleep with about 8 pillows propping me up as it was always worse at night!
Gaviscon is safe to take as it's made from seaweed and it was actually the midwife who prescribed me it.

Second time mums - would you go on mat leave as early this time?

Last time I went on annual leave at 36.5 weeks and my mat leave kicked in the day before I had ds. I had a desk job last time, this time I have a more demanding job where I'm constantly on my feet so I'm looking at taking leave from august (baby is due beginning of october) so that I can have some time with ds and have a bit of a relax (or try to) before baby's born!

No I don't think it's a private group, you may have to request to join though!

I can get on the nest fine, I know they've put a request on the tech forum for someone to look into it so hopefully you'll all be able to get back on tonight!

I've been bleeding all night at work and I've passed a couple of tiny clots which I'm assuming is baby. I'm phoning the hospital tomorrow to see if they'll scan me but I think I'm too early! I feel so numb, I just want to cry :cry:
