Bluebump I know how you feel i'm really not looking forward to leaving my daughter for the 3 days either & also where I live is quite rural so need to drive but the 6 week thing after is gonna be hard especially when i'm so used to jumping in the car & off we go!

One week today though it'll all be over & my little one will be here, scary scary scary! xx

Caesarean date!

Hi everyone,

Haven't been on a whole lot lately due to the mad weather in Northern Ireland causing our internet to be completely banjaxed!

Anyway was at the hospital the other week & i'm booked in for an elective caesarean section on the 18th January, so this time 2 weeks my little princess will be here!

Getting very excited now if not a little bit scared too!
We're decorating the nursery this weekend so I have somewhere to put all the clothes i've been buying in the sales lol.

Anyone else having a planned section or induction?

Yeah hon I wouldn't worry too much it's probably just the way your carrying. This is my 2nd pregnancy & i'm almost 34 weeks- still wearing my size 12 skinny jeans!
Some of us are just built differently xx

low placenta/small abruption anyone?

At my 20 week scan I was told mine was very low. I had been having pains & things too.
I am scanned every 4 weeks so at 24 weeks it had moved up, 28 weeks back down so I was scanned again at 30 & it seemed fine again!!
I'm back next wed for my 34 week scan & it'll prob be back up again. If it remains low though I think i'll be brought in for a section.
Best bet hon is try not to worry & let the hospital keep an eye on you xx

Oh these are hilarious I am properly LOLing!
Ellie says cock for clock as I think most of them do & there's a few others but my favourite is Kitchen...she calls it the 'tits in' makes me smile! xx
