my baby 2 weeks old i had a great labour

i walked about the whole time which helped my labour a lot i had gas& air then pethidine in the last hour & half my labour from 4cm dilaited was 3 hours the pethidine never worked until after she came out so the best advice i can give is move around as much as u can

we have called her harley-jane the labour when pains was bad 4 cms dilaited was 3 hours & she was here not bad at all hope you all are as lucky as me but i did walk around the whole time until the last hour or so. i think that helped me a lot

waters breaking?

i had my fourth yesterday it was 1st time my waters had ever broke on me at home all the others happened in hospital during labour but i went a wee friday morning then couldn't stop so i knew it was my waters but everything ok

i had a few fosters every friday nite as i class that as beer nite lol but this week i did on thursday then 9.30am friday my waters went i had my girl 6lb 14onz on 07/04/2007 at 1.25 am on my due date she is purfectly fine so do what u think is right i think every1 knows how far they can do anything

i had my sweep on tuesday by thurs it didn't work by thursday so i was complaining then i woke up fri morn my waters went i had her at 1.25am sat on my date i said i would i had 3hours of bad pain i lasted until 11.45pm with no help then i had gas & air & pethidine but the pethidine only kicked in after i had her just my luck ha ha but she is so lovely :\)
