Oh nimmy you certainly not having a good time of it, I hope you start to feel better now you are finished work, definately think it's the best thing especially with the BP. You rest as much as poss x x x

Yeh my sil was also told her baby was already 9lb at 37 weeks, he was born at 8lb9 6 days after his due date! X x x

Wel I googled it, I'm completely wrong lol, I think from what I've read you can be signed off sick until the start of the 4th week before baby is due then maternity kicks in, I would maybe speak to your employer though don't take what I say ha ha x x x

Oh nimmy sorry to hear your not having a good time of it, larger baby's are more likely With gestational diabetes aren't they? Let us know how you get on with your scan today. I hope your strict diet isn't too bad.
