Anyone had/have the Jane Twin two?

Posted: 05/07/2011 at 09:26
Looking for a pram. In January will have 3 under 3 so need a double pushchair that can house a buggy board.
I have been looking about as have a phil and teds ( can't use a bb) and come across the Jane Twin Two but have no recommendations on this. Anyone used one and if so would be so grateful of feedback
Thanks

Helen

Thanks for your advise. JunieMummy this has really helped me. I am inclined to go for the Maclaren twin techno now. Does this have the ability for a buggy board?
Does anyone have experience of the Jane Twin Two - this is the other option. I am going to probably sell my Phil and Teds Vibe as this can't have a buggy board on it so although its under a year old, it will be useless.

Prams for 3 under 3!!!!!!!

Hello there
I am currently 10 weeks pregnant with number 3. I also have a 26 month old and an 8 month old. This baby was very much planned but I am having kittens about prams and how to get them all about.
My eldest will be just 3 when number 3 arrives and so won't be near walking all the time. I already have a phil and teds vibe but don't believe you can use a buggy board on this.
I have been eyeing up the First wheels double. Does anyone know if this can use a buggy board and have any of you been in a similar situation age gap wise and what did you do pram wise?
I would be so grateful of any tips.

Thanks

I think you should stop worrying. He is still really little and boys on average tend to be nearly 3 before they are dry. I would let him come to it in his own time. He is obviously developing really well and remember children excel in different areas at different times. Let him come to it when he is ready. He sounds like he is nearly ready anyway so just stand back and allow him to explore it in his own time.
Maybe try nappy off time at certain times in the day. My daughter was 2years and 6 months when she was dry ( girls tend to do this earlier than boys). We started rewarding a wee in the potty with a small treat ( food item ) . Then only gave it for poos. Then only at the end of the day if she did well. Some wouldn't agree with this but it worked for us. She is not getting any treats now as we just weaned them away.
Good luck and be assured your son will be dry in his own time and he is doing really well.

Strange symptom driving me bonkers :-)

Oh am glad its not my imagination - not glad of course that so many of us are suffering from dry mouth . Thanks for ice pop tip. Thats a good one as water just doesn't seem to cut it. I am craving salt so wondering if this might have something to do with it.

Hey ladies
I hope all of you are keeping well. Not long now till we begin the 12 week scan rounds ( some of you may already have had them.
I haven't been on here for a while but had a private scan a couple of weeks ago and saw minnie who had a heart. So all looks well at mo.

I have so far escaped major sickness - last pregnancy had awful time - so swing between being grateful and being worried. I do have one symptom that is driving me up the wall.

DRY MOUTH

all the time. Drinking doesn't help. It just feels like your mouth does when you are nervous and you have no salvia. Its driving me bonkers. Sounds so simple but very irritating. Anyone else have this ?

I am 9 weeks, so on countdown till the 12 week mark. Have my booking in appointment this week as didn't want to go until further down the line. HOpefully then I will know my scan date etc.

Anyhow I hope you all are well and look forward to hearing your updates.

I love the name Morgan and I believe thats Welsh.

Good luck - its hard to decide and both our children were a few days old before we committed to their names. Wanted to see if they fit.

9 weeks to go you must be very excited.
