Whooping cough vaccine

I'm having it done as I had whooping cough as I had it as baby and nearly died. Also the rate of whooping cough has gone up and apparently a few babies have died from it recently. Its you and your partners decision and not your Mother in Laws! I've also had my Flu jab. A girl that I work with is due the end of July and she's not having either of them.

Can I join too? We tried last month as well but no luck. We have been just seeing how it goes after 2 ectopics where I got pregnant really easily. We have both decided to try to use test sticks to find out when I'm ovulating,on the folic acid,eating heathily, taking exercise as well to try and get more fit! Good Luck Ladies xx

I would get another one if I were you,even a cheap one from Poundland or something like that just to make sure. I don't know if they give false positives if they are out of date.

i would start trying if I were you ,as you don't know how long it will take to get pregnant and you never know if you might have problems. I think alot of people are in the same situation,is there anyway if you did have a baby you could rent your place out or something??

have you tried using a potty first and letting her go to the potty without going to the toilet have a potty with a cover in the room?

Does she go to the toilet with you? Perhaps you can tell her that big girls like you use the toilet and perhaps get her to choose some big girl pants she can wear. Take her in with you and explain what we do when we go,so she understands what to do and what we do when we go

I don't know if using pull ups will just be a step back as she'll think its ok to just wet herself

hope this helps,does she go to the loo before bed and as soon as she gets up in the morning? Perhaps some special soap to wash her hands

Thank you for all your help and answers to my questions. I think that might be my first port of call to see what the waiting list is around here. I think Cardiff would be my closest place to go for IVF treatment as we live in West Wales.

I was told by the Dr in the hospital that I would have to probably have my tubes removed and go down the IVF route. She said that it would ellimitate the chance of me having another Ectopic pregnancy.

To be honest when I was in Hospital the first time i saw about five different Drs and they all told me conflicting advice.
