Sorry ladies, I've been more of a lurker than a poster, always on facebook tho so would like to be in the group.

Agreed - SPD totally sucks. Had it with Freddie but it's worse quicker and sooner this time. Working full time at the moment and it's worse, much better when I'm at home and pottering about with Freddie. I got signed off last time, work are already quaking - they've offered to buy me a new chair!!!! Count myself as lucky that my symptoms disappeared straight after having Freddie. My BFF had it bad with her pregnancy - her son is now 1 and she's still having physio and hydrotherapy for it.

Love my Dream Genii pillow, helps a lot at night x

Anyone still feeling a bit lightheaded?

I've had several near faints in the past fortnight and have been having dizzy spells since v early on. Midwives have said it's a sign of a healthy pregnancy - change in hormone levels causing dizziness and my consultant said the worst of it should be over as hormones start to stabilise. Have also heard it's caused by dips in BP and was advised to avoid warm baths, staying in one position for too long and getting too hot

Hello ladies hope you and your bumps are all ok?
I've been lurking for a while but too scared to join. As I'm 15 weeks today though I'd say hi and introduce myself!
Already got a beautiful little boy called Freddie (20 months) and this will be our much longed for baby no 2 (pregnancy no 5)
I'm a BIN 09 mummy like the lovely Summer 76
I've got my 20 week scan on August 22nd

Not got long but - tiny spread of marmite with unsalted butter makes a nice sandwich
Freddie likes everything you've mentioned and has had attempted to gum them all starting around 6 months
cucumber we take skin off and cut into small cubes (only cos nursery do it like that) and grapes I tend to cut into quarters but don't think he started on them til he was alittle bit older than Eve
Watermelon is a big hit here too - but a total faff to get the seeds out
