just to let you know af is in full flow now, TMI  but after chatting with my Mum I think I have to try and not try and just see what happens!!

Af has decided to show her face today after an agonising day of light spotting and rise in temp!!   I've had a chat with my Mum today and she told me to keep positive and stop trying too much!! It's hard though as I can feel when I'm ov'ing and get all sorts of aches and pains during the 2ww! I will have to try though as I'm going to get depressed otherwise!

just an update- blood is more red this morning but there is still no flow and nothing on the pad inbetween going to the loo! I'm sure it's af but so confused why it's taking so long to actually start properly!

Yes evemum, I usually take it as soon as I wake up, not everyday though! I've not done temp this morning though as hubby is still in bed. This cycle though has proved it's not reliable with such high temps pre af!!

Thanks ladies, this is a strange one but this is only my 2nd cycle after mmc so maybe that's why! I enjoyed my night out thanks evemum, a good catch up with the girls!!

I don't chart Levi, I just take my temp in the 2ww and I always notice the drop a couple of days before af arrives. temp is still up, 36.9.

Thought af arrived earlier as when I went to loo there was pink when I wiped but I've had nothing since!! I dare say af will show but the rise in temp has left me confused!!

Hi ladies, I had a night out planned so thought I'd better do a test just in case, it was a bfn! (cd 29 11/12dpo), my temp dropped really low on cd28 so thought I was out anyway but then yesterday and today it's shot up again?? not sure what to think, I have no other symtoms but had sharp shooting pains low down for a few days around 8dpo! Trying not to get hopes up!!!!

any opinions ladies? xx

Confused advice please?!

I'm so sorry for you, I went through the same in April  we weren't given any advice on when to try again so we bd as soon as the bleeding stopped just to be close again really! I had a proper period 4 weeks later and am now waiting again for af to arrive this weekend as unfortunately have not managed to conceive again yet.

good luck and hope you're feeling better soon, it does take time; I still have good days and bad days!

Nobody knows exactly when they ovulate; you only know when it's finished as your ewcm will dry up and you will get a shift in temp as progesterone then takes over. I had ewcm and ov pains for 3 days so I presume I ov'd on day 4?? but that's just a guess!
