.....PINK! My instinct was right!

Emily arrived at 10.10 on 4th jan weighing 8lb 6.5oz n 21 inches long with just gas & air! This little lady was very impatient and came very quickly but delivery couldnt have gone better!

Good luck to all you ladies who have still to have ur babies!

My advice to all the new first time mammys is dont panic & breath, it really did help!

Contractions

Im still here

they went to 3 mins apart n lasting 40 seconds so when in and was told i was 1cm dialated n my cervix was still high! That was at 9am this morning.

They are noW anywhere between 5 & 7 mins apart again last 40 seconds n very intense. Have lost my plug so hoping this stubborn little monkey gets a shift on! Trying to pass the time atm...OH hasnt gone to work coz i wouldnt let him leave me!

Morning ladies,

Just while i'm rocking back & forward on my birth ball thought i'd post a quick msg! I'm having strong regular contractions....woohoo! I've been like this since about 12.30 n cant sleep or even attempt to sleep thru them!

7 mins apart at the minute & last 40 seconds! Major ouch but i keep thinking its gunna get worse than this so keep breathing! Have left DH in bed so at least one of us has had some sleep! I hope to god this is it & its not going to stop!

Good luck to ladies! I am very excited but very nervous about whats to come n not seeing my mw until 39+4 as clinics closed this week.

OH and I have had a very quite few days, doing things we won't have the chance to do so much when little legs arrives. I feel huge at the minute & can hardly move due to all the pressure so have hit the sales online & bought a few things for me instead of baby! S/he has enough until i no what team we r on!
