Having a 'real' period first?

I didn't even tell the docs I hadn't had a real period as they didn't ask! Just said when I was had a bleed and they judged from then. I fell within 2 weeks so know it can definitely happen! Even after 10 years on the pill!! Could have knocked me down with a feather when I got my bfp!
Best advice I was given for ttc is to have fun hehe

Having a 'real' period first?

Hi, saw this on the side panel. I was going to wait for a real period after coming off microgynon but fell the first month (not something we expected to happen so soon!) but I think they like you to wait so that they can calculate dates easier. Saying that our dates were absolutely spot on so it doesn't mean the end of the world. With regards to ov sticks I'd say it can't hurt to see whether you start oving straight away

Hello and question!

Sorry to g/c ( saw this on the side bar ). I found out I was pg at 4+6 and didn't get ANY symptoms until I was roughly 7 1/2 weeks pg.... then the sickness kicked in!
It might be a bit early for symptoms for some ppl so try not to worry too much

Sickness and coping with work

I told my work early due to sickness as otherwise they can't help you.
OR... you could go to the docs and see if they can help with a sicknote or something?
I struggled through my morning sickness until 14 weeks and then finally dragged myself to the docs and they were able to help me! Wish i had done it earlier!!
