2nd babies- when?

I have 2 ends of the scale. There is 4 and a half years between Abby and Theo, shes now 5 and a half and Theo is 14 months but there is only 10 months between Theo and Lily, now 4 months. Personally I find the biggest age gap the hardest because they both need such different types of attention whereas Theo and Lily generally need the same things. Its hard and there are days when I feel really sorry for myself because I dont even get time to drink a cup of tea let alone eat something inbetween looking after them all but I love the gap I have.

Making bottles-Aptamil

Hi I use aptimal for my 4 month old, Lily. I sterlise the bottles then put cooled boiled water in and leave them on the side. When I need to make a bottle I heat the water (I put it in the microwave for 20 seconds..naughty mummy but I've done this with all 3 of my children and never had a problem) before adding the powder.

Hello! And a question

Hi ladies!
Sorry I havent been on in such a long time...life is hectic as always! All the children are doing well. Theo has been really poorly last week, he had yet another ear infection and a perferated ear drum. This is the 10TH ear infection hes had in 14 months..something isnt right but the dr refuses to do anything about it, he just gives him more antibiotics and says he'll grow out of it.
He also got bitten by a little girl on the finger about 4 weeks ago, I thought nothing of it but its since become infected! Its looking really nasty so he's back on antibiotics for that now!
Lily is doing really well, shes sooooo good. She sleeps through the night and is very good at going down for her naps. Abby is also being a little angel, shes so helpful I'm really lost when shes at school!
I hope all you ladies are doing well.
I am still struggling with my buggy addiction, I've just bought a jane twin two for 20 pounds and I wondered if anyone knew which car seat is compatible with it??

Sleeping through the night

Mine were all very different. Abby was ok, she slept through around 5 nights out of 7 from about 6 months. Theo on the other hand was an absolute horror! He started sleeping through at 8 months and proir to that was a nightmare, waking anything up to 30 times a night for his dummy. Lily is now 4 months and has been sleeping through most nights for 2 months now. She is very small for her age so sleeps in her moses basket in a cot.
