Hi ladies Is been a while! Hope your all keeping well and are getting closer to tose bfps especially the ladies who have been waiting so long, they are especially deserved.

My yellow bump turned blue on 23rd Dec. The last couple of months had taken its toll , I was in a fair hit of pain and exhausted plus both my mum and dad were ill or in hospital at same time so was washed out and emotional. I had been trying to evicted from week 38 on but Lo had other ideas! At 5 days late and sweep steps down labour began , less than 2 hours later baby Lochlan was born, we just made the hospital by 20 min. It was very intense the pain and obviously couldn't uave any pain relief despite begging. He was diddy at 6lbs 14oz and gorgeous. We were out on Christmas eve for a wonderful Christmas. Ds is a very proud big brother.

I cam see a shadow on the 15 dpo test. Weeing in night! Is a symptom of early.pg. if you hold it for a few hours then test you should get same result as fmu! Don't worry abt cbd they are rubbish for early testing. Good luck x

Swimming on your tummy gives baby room to move. Not breast stroke though. If you are lying down try and stay on.left hand side, cleaning floors on hands and knees, can't think of anything else. I hope the acupuncture works . Let me know if it does I am very interested in using this as an option near time if my baby is facing wrong way or not head down. Good luck x x

Hi,
I'm sorry for your loss its a truelly awful thing to go through. I had my d and c and period arrived within a few days of it being due. There arnt really any tests the doctor can do at this stage its just a wait and see sadly. I started ttc straight away but was on 3 rd cycle after we succeeded so although it can happen straight away try and not set your heart on it as it can be so intensely disappointing. My advice is to try and relax where possible. Have you had a negative preg test since mmc? Once your hcg levels return to normal you cycle should kick in. Good luck x

Terrified of the Potty???

Hi, my advice if you believe she is ready is ditch the nappies altogether and go cold turkey. Swapping between potty and nappy will send confusing signals to her. Try a reward chart or stickers for every success how ever tiny and she will soon build her confidence. Training is hard. My ds is nearly three and is currently going backwards so we are having to start from scratch. Perseverance and lots of positive fuss and no negatives when she has accidents is best. If though she is genuinely terrified of potty . Put the potty away for a month or so and leVel nappies on. U may find she asks you to do it. Also would you consider straight to toilet if she is having that much upset with potty? X

Sounds like your on your way but to get it moving, hot curry or spicy food is supposed to irritate the uterus in to contracting, never believed that one myself. Sure I have heard clary sage oil in a bath but know ur not supposed to use it early in pg so hopefully someone can give you the right advice on that one. The one that work for me was sex, within 12 hours I lost my plug and waters broke, contractions started immediately. Good luck hope it goes smoothly x
