Are second babies really easier?

Posted: 10/01/2010 at 18:19
i'm afraid for me it wasn't true!! lol my 1st was so so good we started trying for no.2 when she was 8mths, it took almost 3yrs to conceive and i was soooo glad in the end because my 2nd was really hard work...not his fault, he had lactose intolerance but my 1st was a little star when her brother arrived and she was such a big help, i think whatever happens you cope and he can't of been that bad cos i had no.3 when he was 21mths old and would quite happily have another now he's almost 2 lol

Home casting kits....

Posted: 12/11/2009 at 11:50
i put baby oil on my lo's feet then used play doh to make a mould and then some plaster of paris and a can of spray paint to fininsh , it's alot cheaper than the kits and if you make a mistake you can just keep going until you've got a decent result!!! hth xx

Milk intollerance foods

Posted: 09/11/2009 at 12:54
my lo is lactose intolerant so it is a little easier than milk intolerance, he has lactofree fullfat milk and cheese and i use pure sunflower spread cos he can't have soya either, goats milk has lactose in it so that was a nono and i was told to steer clear of rice milk too!! i've found some of the baby cereals have no milk or soya in but have added calcium so my lo has a bowl for brekkie and before bed hth
