19/20 week scan dates

I'm 9th October!! Seems so far away! As we're going to find out the sex were even considering going for a gender scan about 16-17 weeks. Am 15 weeks now.

My dates also come forward a bit. Am now 23rd Feb!!!!

Anyone got a bump yet?

Thanks lulu, I'm 5'3" but got short legs! In some places regular fit, but the rest of the time it's short length! Also depends on whether I plan to wear heels or trainers... & I think over the next few months flats are going to win out!!!!!

Where would you say the best place is for maternity clothes? I have had a little look lately but there doesn't seem to be much on offer. Doesn't help that I'm short either, some of the maternity jeans I've tried on have all been too long in the leg and I don't fancy having to alter everything. Normal jeans seem to come in all lengths but maternity ones; either standard or long.... (I need short )

Weight gain......

Before I got pregnant I weighed just short of 13 stone

12 weeks today and thanks to food aversions I've lost about 5lb..... I know THAT won't last long!! Just hoping I manage to control myself and not put too much on. Slow and steady hopefully. Luckily I've not been sick yet.

Not been measuring myself but that would be interesting !!!

I'm hoping once I feel a bit better I'll be able to try a bit of swimming and even some pregnancy yoga if I can find a class not too far away.

Little rant- need to vent!

Lol... We only told people last week, so I'm bracing myself for all the 'helpful' comments!!

Got mixed reactions to the fact that we plan to find out the sex.. Also people started telling me what I should and shouldn't be doing now... I just told everyone I had it covered!

Had my 12 week scn today and measuring 3 days earlier than expected so new EDD is 23rd feb, will prob change again though before the end!!

Booked my 20 week one today for the 9th October..... 8 WEEKS AWAY!!!! Another long wait!

Early scan relief

Hi everyone, sorry I've been quiet on here lately, I have been popping in to see how everyone is getting on but haven't had much time to comment. Anyway, had an eventful weekend, woke up at 4.30am Saturday morning as I felt as though as I had wet myself (sorry tmi) but when I went to the toilet there was bright red blood all over my underwear. didn't last long but it was a lot. Went to A&E but there wasn't much they could do until the bleeding and early pregnancy clinic opened on Monday morning. So the waiting began.... Went back today and everything is FINE !!!! Phew.... I'm 10+6 today and can't wait till my proper scan next Tuesday. (14th) even got pictures so it is such a relief to actually know there is really a baby in there!!!!! Hope everyone else is having a nice smooth pregnancy!! Becky

How is everyone nearing 12 wk mark?!

Still only 9+2, so I've still got just under 3 weeks to wait until my 12 week scan....!! (14th aug)

Can't wait to see if everything is ok. I haven't really had many symptoms but those that I did have eased off a bit. Only Thing that seems to be happening is that the very bottom of my stomach seems to have gotten harder. & today I've had a few dull twinges coming from that area. I keep telling myself it's ok, it's just stretching etc.
