ok this is my scan pic from 12+4, i have circled in red what i think might be the nub.... but i am really bad at this!

Do you think it is the nub and is it indicating a girl?! Or am i WAY off?!

Hi girls

Wasn't sure whether to start posting in here or not, but decided to bite the bullet!

We got our bfp last week, and i am working out as 4+4 today. Very cautious so far as i have had a MMC and an ectopic when we were trying to conceive in 2010. Thankfully our 3rd time was lucky and we have a a gorgeous little girl who just turned 1 at the start of the month.

I phoned the EPU today to get my early scan arranged so i have that on the 8th of June. The main thing at the scan will be that the pregnancy is in the right place as i only have 1 tube and ovary left after my ectopic, so can't afford to lose anything else!

Really nervous but also excited and have a positive feeling about this one!

Looking forward to getting to know you all and sharing the next 9 months with you all

Good for you! What a fab feeling! I have no idea how much weight i gained in my pregnancy, as i was only weighed at the beginning and we don't own scales. But i would say i have lost weight that i didn't even realise i had... my legs and butt seem so much slimmer, but i do find this post pregnancy tummy depressing! Mine still feels really hard too, so i'm not sure what to do about it!

Stress about Routines or Not???

It is so good to hear how we are all getting on, and the thing that comes through the most is that our babies are boss! Grace feeds every 4 hours, and tends to go about 6hrs at night, then a feed and straight back down for another 4. We tried putting her up to her bed at 8pm, after a bath and bottle but we haven't been that successful at the moment. She generally gets her last feed about 9pm and in bed at 10pm the same time as us.

We will get there eventually i am sure, but in the meantime we will keep doing what works best for her on that day!

Like the sound of the lavender oil... will have to try it. Perhaps we should start a thread on what we all use on our lo's so we can benefit from real reviews!

thankfully she hasn't done this again! I will be speaking to the HV about it on Thursday at baby clinic. I dont think she has reflux but will see what the HV thinks.

Thanks for the tips Garfield, i am thinking i should go on some sort of baby first aid course as i really am clueless!
