i totally understand, we already have 1 ds who is 2 and although he is perfect and we love him i cant wait to give him a little bro/sis and it is driving me nuts. it feels like everythin is against us also, we have had a really crappy few years and now we are stuck in a house we hate in an area we hate and the bloody recession has hit us hard, also i have weight to lose and my bro is gettin wed nxt aug but we have agree to start ttc when lil man is 3, which is july, so im currently torturing myself until then.lol.xxx

i have followed her story with great admiration and i am so sorry to hear she has lost her battle.

hello ladies, i havent been on here for a while, for those of you ladies that don't know, we had a very difficult year of marriage, where we were considering whether to stay together, so didn't want to torture myself. luckily we have worked through many of our issues and although not perfect is so much better.

so, the reason that i back on this site is due to after much discussion we have decided to ttc next july, which feels an eternity away but we feel we need to sort out finances, move and remain getting on.lol. its less than a year away and im so happy we have agreed a date.

im hannah and i am proud mummy of finley who is now 2 and doing so well, im currently working full time (thanks to money) but really enjoying the new role. it would be good to chat to you all.

o/t rant about child tax credits!

the initial letter didnt have any financial details and then the next 2 did(these 2 said different things and we received them on the same day).once i spoke to the tax credit people, they said dont worry about the letter about overpayment because it related to the 3000 been paid even though it never hit my account!!!'our systems are slow!' so basically on their system iv been paid 3000, had 2000 taken back and i have not seen any actual money!i just find it odd as our circumstances havent changed in 13months so thats why i rang them as i didnt want to be paid anything i wasnt owed!
stupid government,stupid tax credits-i work for the nhs so i know how pants they are.lol.xxx

well i swear if anything else goes wrong im going to go mental.
we received a letter fro ctc telling us they had underpaid us by over 3000 quid so they would check our details and pay it.i found this odd so i rang them to find out what was going on,they said they had not taken into account that i was on mat pay and therefore had underpaid us.great-that eases some finacial pressure.then i get a letter stating they have overpaid us by 2600 and we owe them and wont be paying anymore ctc.ring them in tears as we literally have no money!just to be told they had accidently put our income at 2000 pounds-wtf!so now we have no money and all they could say was 'oh it was our fault.'that really doesnt help us at the min does it?i had 7 pieces of paper telling us different things.im so angry so il be writing a complaint.im very honest and iv always worked and where has it got me exactly.how can a government agency be so dense-also everytime i ring them up they tell me something different.AAAARRRGGGHHH!really dont know how much more can i take.

I'm so upset :-( tried & failed to put lo in big bed

hey hun,please dont worry about it and im sorry you are so upset. you are defo not a bad mum and i have totally lost it with my lo before now when i have had to leave the room and go for a cig in the garden because im so frustrated!children do know which buttons to press and all it takes is for you to be ill or tired and you end up feeling terrible. it does not make us bad just human. and if i could count the amount of times lo has fallen off something and bumped his head id be a millionaire.lol.hope your feeling a bit better and he will know when he is ready and he may ask you.take care hun.xxx

EEK! Big boy bed!!

lo is 19months now and he to is a big fella-he lasted 9weeks in his moses basket.hoping to keep the sides up a bit longer at the minute but going to buy a side guard and the duvet is a good idea. he has always slept very well and hoping i wont need to camp out on the stairs when the sides come down as he is so feisty!lol.good luck that your lo stays been good with his new bed.xxx

How do you afford to go out and work?

sadly i didnt have a choice and i totally feel for you.im a nurse and if we have another before lo is 3 there is no way we can afford the childcare for 2.i dont really have an advice im afraid just wanted you to know that you are not alone.hope you figure something out.im the breadwinner so have to pay the bills-it makes me laugh the government wants people at work and yet makes it so hard-rant over.lol.xxx

lol looby-he had a lie in this morning too!im wondering if he is having a grow?hes been up most of today and he hasnt been grumpy or anything so maybe it balances itself out.i sure il be on here moaning he wont sleep in a few months.lol.il see how it goes and ask the hv(as much use as she is) next week i think.xxx
