Hi, as of today im officially out for april. The project april thread was great so i rhought id carry it over to may. Whos hoping to get their bfp in may ???? And what are we planning on doing different this month ? Cd1 today for me , im going to stop pregnacare conception whilst af here then start again when shes done . Dtd every other day all month , and i may try preseed and i may use opks again,not decided yet. Relaxed approach again , even though it didnt work last month Bring in the may bfps xxxxxxxx

Despite trying for eight months (nine by the time we start again) this will be the first month we'll be in with a real chance. I came off the pill before our wedding last august and have only had af a couple of times, and probably didn't even ov! I pick up my prescription for Clomid tomorrow and norethisterone to start af to give me a cycle day to know when to start it. Won't really change much of what we're doing - we've been using conceive plus, taking pregnacare conception, not bothered with opks (good job as it would have cost a bomb!) and not going to start now and just dtd regularly. We are going on holiday over the time when I should ov, so fingers crossed being relaxed and actually ov'ing will do the trick!

Can I join too? We tried last month as well but no luck. We have been just seeing how it goes after 2 ectopics where I got pregnant really easily. We have both decided to try to use test sticks to find out when I'm ovulating,on the folic acid,eating heathily, taking exercise as well to try and get more fit! Good Luck Ladies xx

Hi There

Please can i join? I am new to this site but have been trying for baby #1 now for 2 years 4 months and counting!! After many many tests with the hospital we have now been told that if nothing happens before Sept they will put us on the list for IVF. Lets hope that i get the BFP naturally before then. Hi Ladies, do you mind if this long time lurker joins you! We've been trying now for 10 months and really hoping that May will be lucky for us! The OPKs will be busy this month, previously I've been a bit hit and miss with them. The relaxed approach has not been too successful to date! Good luck everyone xx

Hi welcome all , heres to our bfps in may !!!!! When will u be testing / af due ? My cycles are anywhere btwn 26 and 30 days long , so af due between 13 th and 17th may and fc she doesnt show i ll test cd33 so 20 th may . Xxxxxxx

I'll work out testing when I get there! I've started my norethisterone today so wouldn't actually be testing until first week of June assuming Clomid does its job.

Im in Af got me so also out for April! Fingers crossed ladies that May brings a heap of bfp's! Going to try a month of healthy living so see if that helps too!

Can I join in please? Been talking to some of the ladies on the long cycles thread. Last month I had a 31 day cycle with the help of agnus castus. So I'm hoping to have a similar length cycle again this month. We're tcc #3 and this is my 4th cycle. I conceived both my other 2 at this point in the year, either this month or next, so I have a theory that I'm only properly fertile once in the year lol! I'm using cbfm and backing up with cheapie opks after it missed my ov last month. Hoping to see lots of bfp's on this thread coming up...! x

Hi all, hoping i can join you -last AF was April 14th so just coming into my OV days...this is our first month of trying for #2 so sincerely hoping i can get my BFP during the first couple of weeks of May... the waiting is just going to kill me lol!

Hi ladies.

 On to month 15 and finding it impossible to find any pma. Af is being unbelievably mean to me this month, I think the clomid is causing it.

We also have an open eve at a fertility clinic in a few weeks so something to look forward to.

Well AF got me yesterday....which to top it all off was my birthday   So as my cycle is normally 31 days AF will be due around 24th May but fingers crossed it happens this month. After two and a half years i am losing hope by the day.

I can't believe we're on to month 7, loosing hope fast!! if AF hadn't have turned up last week I would think I was pg as I have lower back pain, nausea, headache and dizzyness and want to go to bed by 9pm!!  IF I get my bfp in May it will be a week before my 40th party!! so will it be a drunk or sober night for me??!!!!!

Please can I join. Had a mc at 5 weeks in month 3 so taken it slow in month 4. Got cramps today and ad due tomorrow so I think I am out for April. Feeling really down today a thinking about what could have been if the baby had made it. But I am sure there is a silver lining somewhere. Here's to May BFP!!

Wow this post has been busy for the last day! I'm on CD14 of a cycle which is anything from 28-33  day cycle.No ov as of yet, af due around the 14th May and hoping to be patient before testing as don't want the disappointment.

Carioke - that's how I've been for the last 2 months but accepting that my PMT symptoms have changed now I'm off the pill and cycles settled! Flaming annoying!!

Fridaybride - sorry to hear about your mc, trying and stay positive, I know that is easy for me to say, but I know it will help. I believe there is a silver lining somewhere, sometimes you really have to search for it!
