hi ladies, im tentatively back to join you. A few of  you might remember me from the begnning of the year. I fell pregnant in feb after eight mnths of ttc number 2 but sadly had a mmc a few weeks ago at 13 weeks. Initially we were going to wait a few months to ttc again but we realised that waiting was even more upsetting and that we wanted to start ttc again. Going to wait for AF to arrive (hopefully only a few weeks) so that I can make sure that i know my dates and maybe start again. Hope everyone is ok and that not too many of you remember me  (as hopefully you have all had your BFPs by now!). I might be loitering for a bit until AF shows up. I never thought id look forward to her arriving lol!

Wol thanks for the info am I right in thinking you only have the nt test if there is something wrong with the blood test? I think I'm just going to have to see what the midwife says.

AFM nothing much new I'm generally feeling ok in myself just tired. We've been looking for a summer holiday to go away with my parents as it's my Dad's 60th birthday so I think we're going ot Menorca for 10 days in July, going to try and book the time off in work today so that DH can get it booked this week. I thought I'd better make the most of a holiday this year as I don't think we'll be going away next year. Can't wait now are any of you off on your holidays soon??? x

Hi carioke, Glad you made the most of being able to drink while you still can I checked with the Dr and she said it was fine for me to fly as I'll be over 12 weeks by then. We thought we'd be better off going for a short flight (think its about 2.5 hours to Menorca) and she just said to make sure I get up on the plane and walk about x

Loopy once your in the 2nd trimester they say its the best time to have a holiday hope so anyway as we r going away in 2 weeks time but i am hoping its not gonna be too hot but looking forward to the weightless swimming lol

loopy glad you are feeling ok, can't believe you are 8 weeks already! I had the nausea start at 6 weeks so you are lucky! My 20 week scan is a week tomorrow, so excited! The Queen will be at the hospital the same day to open the new maternity unit, hope it doesnt mess up my scan appointment! Did you get your time off booked? It feels like so long since I was on holiday
