Thanks for all the lovely messages, it's still not sunk in properly. I text hubby a photo of the test, he thought I was winding him up

I'm looking forward to him coming home tomoz!!

I'm looking forward to cancelling the hospital appointment next week. What do I do now? Do I ring and make an appointment with the doctor or just request one with the midwife? I hadn't thought past TTC.

Baby bear if you contact your dr on Monday and let them know you have had a positive pg test they may ask you to come in for another test to confirm it and then they will book you for your mw appointment for around 8-9 weeks, hope this helps and huge congratulations and enjoy a glass of orange juice xxx

Loopy- I've just read an earlier post; the witch hasn't got me YET!!!! going by the last couple of months af should arrive tomorrow!! I just wanted to answer your question about going to the docs- I did go last month, she had no concerns and didn't even mention my age and said they don't do anything until we've been trying for a year! how are you feeling? any symptoms?

Hi, my cycles are still a bit odd after comning off the pill in december, but the last 2 months have been 31 and 32 days. I'm now on day 34 and no AF so far. Had what felt like period pain yesterday on and off but so far no sifn of AF. Keep your fingers crossed for me. If still noting by Thursday then I might do a test.

What tests have people found are the best? I used internet cheapies first time round with my son, but I did find them quite hard to read.

Squirt when I got my bfp I had used a boots own brand test. The pink dye tests are meant to be better than blue dye tests as less chance of confusing a +ve for an evap line

Hi loopy, hubby was really happy. I text him a photo of the test. His first response was to ask if it was a joke - typical! I bought some more tests at lunchtime today so I could do one for him too

it is starting to sink in now n I'm trying really hard to eat better and not get as stressed. Hope your feeling ok still? X

Baby_bear I've done 5 tests so far lol I couldn't resist doing the clearblue digi ones with conception indicator so that I could see the number of weeks going up. It's nice to know that things r heading in the right direction. I'm feeling fine tbh looking forward to my early scan next Monday. Loving ur new ticker by the way

Aww look at you two with your apple pip and your sweetpea, so cute! I love the fruit ticker, I get so excited every time I get to another week to find out the latest fruit comparison haha!

Loopy just to say about the clearblue digi tests, apparently they are not the most sensitive tests so if you have drunk more or done it at a different time you might see the number of weeks go down! Just thought I should warn you in case you experience this, don't want you to worry! xx

Hi Sian thanks for the info hun. I've seen the clearblue digi say 3+ so I'm banned from doing anymore lol! I'm hapy now I've seen it and like you said I don't want to stress myself out if it changes so going to wait until my scan on Monday now. Still can't believe you're enarly 17 weeks how are you feeling? The weeks seem to be dragging for me my boss is being an idiot so can't wait to leave x

loopy it's crazy how the time is now flying, in just over 3 weeks I will be halfway, how mental is that! Ahhh so exciting that you've got a scan on Monday, you'll be able to see the heartbeat It'll be so good when you can tell your boss you're going on mat leave! I've just worked out that I leave work in 12 weeks, yay! My life has now become a series of weeks haha

I'm loving the fruit ticker too. Can't believe I'm about a week behind you loopy. It's nice to 'know' someone in DIJ thread. Sian it has gone quickly, doesn't seem long ago we were congratulating you. I think you started the ball rolling for loopy and I. I have my doctors appointment booked for Friday morning, eek!! Will it be exciting or boring? Lol.

I did another test last night, super drug one, it said pregnant. I was worried after doing it that it might not be true n I was in a dream. It's def sinking in for me now. I have another CBD to do in a week or so time n it should go to 3+ weeks.

I'm so happy, I can't believe people can't tell. Lol. xxxx

I've my drs appointment on Thursday so hopefully this will get the ball rolling. I'm due to ov some time over the weekend so will start using the opks again in a few days.
