Is anyone having a short period after they have come off the pill?

I was on the pill for years, came off 3 moths ago to ttc and had a withdrawal bleed plus two 27 day cycles. Only thing is, my last two periods have been barely 3 days long. Seems really short, is this normal?

hiya didnt want to r&r but i cant remember much about my pill days!! but i had a really short period last month which only lasted a day and half..very strange... so yea our bodies have a habit of doing strange unexpectated things to us i think !!!

Hiya

I think it depends on what your body decides to do - mine were 5 days on pill but have been 6 and 7 days off so far. It just goes haywire when your body is settling now - I wouldn't worry about it at all! At least you are having them and very regularly so that is good xx

i have just finished my first one off the pill and it was 2 days so it seems that it's just one of those pill things!

Thanks for your replies and glad it's not just me!! Do wonder sometimes why I took the pill in the first place. Oh yes, to avoid falling pregnant!!

Hi, sorry crasing from pg, but I was on the pill (for 9yrs) and after I came off my af's rarely lasted 2/3 days and hardly nooticed them as there were light. I think once it was onlya day and a half!

After 4 af's I got my bfp.
