Mrs M don't get too disheartened. You never know- I had a little look and its only a small dip so it's not necessarily bad. Mine was huge yesterday. It went back up today though but I still have the feelings I get in the week before AF. I have a whole week of it BEFORE she even gets here booo!
Gizmoo when are you going back? Good news about your blood results isn't it?

Anyway have a lovely time in Edinburgh. We went in July or August (I forget which thats terrible isn't it) and we loved it.
Loopy, I'm glad you got your results back- sorry it wasn't what you necessarily wanted to hear but I guess it means a step closer to solving the problem. I'm sure you could ask them what they wrote- I think you have access to all notes kept about you. We had to wait for 8 months for our follow up appointment- its almost here now (less than a fortnight to go). It does seem ages while you're waiting but we chose to wait. We were told that if we had any part done privately we would still have to wait the same time as someone who had waited and been through all the NHS channels. We thought about having the HSG done privately because there was a 6 month wait for it but they said if we did we still wouldn't get our feedback appointment till February. Apparently they don't allow people to pay to shortcut themselves to the top of the IVF waiting list so they would make sure that we'd still have to wait. I think there are probably various loopholes they use to stop you. Look carefully into it before you get anything done privately because a colleague of mine said that her friend wasn't allowed go back to the NHS after she did. My doctor said that wouldn't happen but it was a different hospital, however he was the second person to say that you couldn't use private care to short-cut to the top of the NHS waiting list so I guess that bits true. However, a friend of mine had treatment privately (no NHS) and they were very thorough with her but not so much with him- but his first SA was very good, so its a bit different. On the one hand I'd say wait because I did and the appointment day almost here now and we can put the money we would have spent towards something else 9hopefully baby related). On the other I feel that if it fails and we have to wait for yet another process we have lost 8 months. I'm 36 this year so time isn't on my side. Let us know what you decide.
Editted after reading your other post. If you are sure you want to go down the private route for IVF I'd go now and get the tests and feedback all done there. At least that way they'd be following you all the way through from the beginning of your journey to the end.
