Funny how one letter makes so much difference - not so funny when you have PMS though!

So what are our top tips for turning the S into an A or at least handling the lows when they come?

Mine are:
1 - a nice long walk to clear my head and appreciate the world around me
2 - Feeling grateful for all the good people/things in my life
3 - Taking a deep breath and just letting all that tension/worry flow away.

If all else fails - 70% (or more) dark chocolate!

Yep, with you on those!
I always feel good after a gym session - not actually while I'm doing it! But when I'm having a shower after I always find myself singing.
Telling myself that a few months now will seem like nothing a few years down the line, so who cares if it takes a while? We can just spend that time making the most of it being just the two of us and appreciate not having sleepless nights etc!
