Hello. I need your help if you could please, Im not sure when im supposed to ovulate as im having irregular periods. My last 2 cycles were 25days now this cycle im not sure because my AF date was today and i would have normally got it by now. Sometimes it goes to 28days+ so now im not sure when i should test. Any of you girls have this problem? Tia. Xx

My periods are also irregular so I cannot predict when I will OV. So I look out for signs using my CM. I manage to get it pretty much spot on and AF arrives for me 16 days after OV but could be slightly different for everyone.  fr

Ooh im glad i aint the only one. I think i will do that too when i can. At the min im not getting much CM so im taking EPO so hopefully it will help. Thanks for replying . Xx

Hi, you might find using a cbfm really helpful if you're having irregular periods.  You basically test every day from day 6 of your cycle and it will tell you when you're approaching ov aswell as your peak day of fertility, so even if you're cycle is moving around a bit it can pinpoint the best time to bd!
