Hi Vickster

Can I join please. On CD1 today, dont know exactly when I will be testing, probably begining of Jan.

How are you doing? How you getting on with TTC?
29/11/2011 at 11:42
Hi shazz welcome to the thread. Sorry to hear it's cd1 have you been ttc for a while?

It's been ages for me tbh I've stopped counting the months, but theres a reason behind my lack of bfp..... my man!

We're currently under the care of a consultant at the Hewitt Centre in Liverpool Womens. They've given us 6 months to try naturally before they'll start looking into things further and offer more help

Hi wibblewobble

Think its 17 or 18 months, lost count !! Did manage to fall pregnant in July, but unfortunately had an early miscarriage at 6 weeks.

Have had all the tests done etc - all came back fine - classed as unexplained infertility, so were told by NHS to keep trying and to come back when we had been trying for 3 years. Looking in to going private, got a consultation on the 14th December to see what they sugguest.

Have you had any tests etc carried out?

Hey Shaz, long time no see! Still no luck here either, we've found out we have a male factor fertility problem and are under the Liverpool Women's same as wibblewobble. Hubs is in the midst of having more tests done, so we're still trying, but what feels like very aimlessly at the minute!

Sorry to hear about your mc shazz, must be hard being labelled as unexplained I can't see how that can be helpful :? Good luck with your consultation on the 14th hopefully you'll get some answers and quickly too

Hi angie

Vickster I'm picking a random date for my test date just so I can have something other than ?? and so you don't need to change it each month I'm not going with when af is due I'm thinking of having 24/07/2013  I will let you know if by some miracle I get pregnant before that!

Hey girls I'm back!!!!! We made the decision to start ttc again after mc number three and thus I am here to chat my way through the heartbreak that is long term ttc!!!!! Seeing all those names on the list that have had their babies really brought it home to me how much we have lost over the last three years......

however onwards and upwards and maybe number four may be the one for us..... So far after mc I've had a 40 day cycle and a 38 day cycle and thus my testing date going off that is new years eve!!!!!! However I have reset my cbfm so will see how this cycle goes.

Looking forward to chatting again, I need your ever ready string support right now!!! Hope 2012 is a lucky year for us all x x x

Welcome back to the thread 3054, I only joined in around march this year so we may not have 'met' here. I am on the FB group tho so may know you on there.... but tbh I'm not very good at making the connections of who is who in some cases ops:

WW, I've duly updated the list for you? But I sincerley hope I can add you to the list of graduates before then x

Hi ladies,

Vickster, I am so jealous you're off to Mexico in Jan! I would so love to go there but its just so expensive. You're going to have a lovely time because new year is the best time to go to the caribean. Sorry AF got you.

WW, equally jealous you're jetting off to san francisco. I've never been to the USA.

3054, nice to see you back. I hope your future bfp is sticky.

Hi newbies!

Eeek, just seen the guesses a couple of you have made for the babies weight.... i'm scared! WW, I hope she comes early, literally cannot wait to get my stomach back to accepting food without trying to kick it back up my osophagus! x

Lib bigger babies are supposed to easier to push out... so my mil says anyway I have no personal experience

If you ever decide to go to America you should definately do New York... it's magical and feels like your walking around a film set,it's been in that many movies... I'm waiting until the freedom tower opens before I go back there. I went to the top of the world trade tower so I think it's only right that I should visit it's replacement, thats my logic and it gets me another holiday!

Welcome back 3054! I really hope 2012 is your sticky year. It's be a brilliant NY gift if you got a bfp on NYE. I got a bfn on NYE last year so went out and got hammered!

Vickster you can but try. You never know if things will suddenly kick into action - it only takes one after all. I hope you get good news before your hols but even if not it'll be fab I'm sure.

wibble in the nicest way I do hope you're not still here on 24/07/13! Or if you are, it's with a little puking and pooing machine on your lap!

Welcome to shaz! 'Unexplained' is a bit shite, and 3 years?? That's madness! I do wonder what they're on about sometimes..

angie, good luck for the 6th.

Lib I can attest to the fact that heartburn goes IMMEDIATELY post-delivery. I was munching indigestion tablets all through labour until the midwife gave me a magic pill, then realised when eating after the delivery that it had gone completely. 8 months I've been riddled with heartburn, and I've only had it once since Ada was born.

So weird seeing Ada's birthday up there! Finally put her BS up - I created a livejournal just for the purpose, so you can read it at squeezedd.livejournal.com. It went from 0-60 very quick (sent home 'not in established labour', an hour later I'm 4-5cm dilated..) then I had 5 or 6 hours of bliss on an epidural before an unceremonious forceps delivery.

Bubbly poo seems to be the norm today, so off to give this little madam her first bath.

Squeezedd, just read your birth story and thought it was great. Love that you were yelling at your hubs for taking the bumpy route!

Glad to hear that the heartburn goes straight away. I'm sick of having the feeling of something being at the back of my throat! x

Evening ladies.

3054 - Sorry to hear of your losses. Fingers crossed that you get your sticky BFP soon. xx

Shaz - welcome to the thread. Everyone is lovely. xx

Squeezedd - am looking forward to reading your BS. xx

I'm having a bit of an emotional freak out! I'd been doing so well but I'm really fed up. Am now on CD33. Last couple of cycles have been 31 days. Boobs are 'full' and uncomfortable (this is normal for me before AF) and I've had some cramps and back ache. I'm also really bloated, which is adding to my discomfort. But AF hasn't shown her ugly face yet and I got another BFN using FMU & a 10 mIU internet cheapie this morning. I'm fully prepared for AF's arrival and just want to get it all done and dusted!!!! Sooooo frustrating and it's horrid to be bloated and uncomfortable.

Tomorrow is my last day at work til Tuesday so if AF hasn't arrived by Thurs I'll pick up another brand of HPT and try again. But surely the sensitive internet cheapies should work perfectly fine?

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Hope you're all having good week?

Vickster - I'll inbox you my facebook details - please could you add me to the group? xx
