can anyone advise me about testing if you have irregular periods.
is it best to wait for the longest date before i start to do a preg test.
problem is i'm not very good at waiting.

Hi isolel01,
I'm not really sure as i haven't had an af yet in 6 months but i think they say you should use your longest cycle as an estimate to test. Good luck,

If you know when you OVed then test 14 days ish after OV date, however long your cycle was. I'm sure I've read that somewhere.

Hi,

not sure if this is right, but i'm sure I've read on a pregnancy test that if you don't know when af is due then to test 19 days after you last had sex. It is a long time to wait though, do you have the will power??? xxx

Hmmm...I'm a bit confused...surely that implies that you would not have sex for at least 19 days in a row....surely not going to happen if you're ttc!?!?!
