I think I may have had an Implantation bleed?

On wednesday exactly 2 weeks after stopping my pill, i spotted, felt sick and was getting cramps and then the next day nothing, like it didnt happen!! Could this be? or am i just be hopeful!?

I am no expert but I have read that implantation bleeds normally happen 6-10 days after conception - as the fertilised egg embeds itself in the womb lining .... Ovulation normally happens on about day 15 of your period, so an implantation bleed normally will occur on about day 25 - 28 of your cycle... Does this match up with your dates? Stay hopefull.... I hear it helps to think pregnant.... Good luck !!!

Thanx for your reply... from what someone has said on another forum it actually sounds more likely to be ovulation bleed!! Im just so impatient!
