Hi,

Does anyone have any good books they can recomment for ttc? Have been looking at Zita wests guide to getting pregnant but wondered if anyone has already got this and can recommend it or any other books that they have found useful?

I have a zita west book (can't remember what it called) and another fertility book (also can't remember what it is called) and if I am totally honest I have found the information and advice from the ladies on here more useful than anything in either book.

Not really the answer you wanted I know, sorry.
I found the books really hard to read and nowhere near enough pictures :lol:

I've got the Zita West book and another book, but to be honest there was nothing in those books that I hadn't already read on the internet. Save your money.

And Wif is right, there isn't enough pictures! :lol:

It's not really a fertility book but I've been reading 'The Secret' by Rhonda Bryne, which is all about keeping PMA.
It's a bit kooky but it has me really focused and positive, which can be one of the most important things in TTC
