Folic acid :\?

Hi Girls,

Just wondering if any of you can answer a question for me, I am taking vitamin B-6 for really heavy, painful AF and I wanted to know if its ok to take folic acid along with it because I know its another B vitamin.

Hi Rosapenny ,

I take Sanatogen Pro-Natal Multivitamins and they contain Folic Acid, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12, so I guess you are ok! xx
