Think I'll be joing you all too I'm 10dpo with AF due 5th July. This is ttc month 1 for us so moving on to month 2 with you all (I'm assuming).

Welcome nainai3007 good luck Hun x we are just all sharing where we are on our journey if you flip back a page you can see we've made a start on this I think it's nice to see where we are all at and pick up any tips techniques support from one another!

Ah ok thanks Dollie,

So this is first baby for us, I'm 27 and hubby 26 and literally can't wait to be parents. If AF gets me next week then July will be ttc month two (feeling negative for a BFP, hence why I've joined you all). Been taking folic acid for around 6mnths and using clear blue opk's for 2mnths, wanted to be sure was OV.

Looking forward to gtting to know you all and hopefully celebrating our BFP

How exciting! Sounds like your doing all the right things as I'm finding out it's proving harder than I ever imagined it's like baby roulette! This forum has been an absolute life line for me I've met some great ladies along the way and it's been lovely to have people in the same situation as me saves me bending my man's ear all the time hee hee

Hopefully your stay will be short and sweet Dollie. It's so hard to take your mind off ttc and I work on a maternity ward so everyday I am reminded of this wonderful miracle, as you can imagine that takes broodiness to the max! lol. Think hubby and I will miss the crucial days in July as I'm due to work nightshifts, may have to take a days holiday

Hubby and I been thinking about ttc for a year now (when I came off cerazette) but as I have a heart condition we've been waiting for the go ahead from the cardiologist and last month we got the good news........Dr's words.........."I don't see why it would be tradgic" I took that as a BIG FAT YES! hehe

Good evening ladies!
I hope everyone is happy and well as we coninue our journeys to motherhood.
First baby for us
Ttc month 12 now.
Both on pregnacare vitamins. (Only managed to convience oh to start them this month.)
Started using convieve plus.
Cheapie 'net ov sticks.
Got a copy of,'the baby making bible' for hints and help.
Been scoffing pineapple the last week.
Had first session of accupressure today.

TTC = 5 months (now onto month 6)

Baby no 2 (son aged 2 years already - happened first month of trying)

In my tool kit = Been taking folic acid for 7 months. Got some cheapy opks to use this month & (hopefully not) onwards, not used them up until now.

Trying for baby number 2. My boy is 9 months old, and got pregnant with him on month 4 of trying (during the one month we weren't actually trying!). I'm still breastfeeding so slightly worried that will affect my chances of conceiving quickly, but we really want our children to have a small age difference. First af since I gave birth arrived this month so I guess that's a good sign, and it means I have a starting point for my cycle. So technically this is our first cycle ttc, but we did start trying at the end of may so month 2 really. I'm taken folic acid since end of april. Took pregnacare will number 1 but i'm also taking calcium supplements as my little man has a dairy intolerance, so i'm dairy free, and if I took pregnacare too i'd have vit d overload! Otherwise just keeping an eye on my cm and doing lots of bding at the moment as ov should hopefully be just around the corner. Hope we all have short stays here!

Here's a bit about me:

  • Name: Steph (age 26)
  • OH Name: Craig (age 30)
  • We've been together 5 years and are not married or have plans to get married lol
  • We met at work in a toy shop (he was my boss) but we got together in Las Vegas (hence the Nevada part of my name)
  • I'm a support worker at a chidren's home, it's a resedential home for chldren with learning and physical disabilities, I love my job.
  • I live in the North-West of England, in Bolton , I'm proud of where I come from
  • This will be our first baby
  • We are on ttc cycle 7 (started December 2011) if AF arrives at the end of my current 2wwv it will be month 8 for us
  • This month we decided to give opk's a go I used clearblue digital ones, the smiley face decided to turn up when I was on a double shift and sleep in at work, thankfully we managed to bd on the day after which is another high LPH day (the smiley face got told off in not very nice words lol)
  • My OH will be away on a stag do when af is due, I might be really mean and test while he's away as I can't wait for him to come back I'm too impatient

 

It does not do well to dwell on dreams and forget to live

Hi girls
Ok so here's me:

* 2 month TTC
* Baby no 1
* Toolkit includes:
Pregnacare conception vitamins,
Wellman conception vitamins for oh,
Clearblue fertility monitor (started this month),
Temping (started this month -chart attached for those interested), it's really up and down but I am keeping on with it and seeing what happens.
I also did opk internet cheapies too, they and cbfm indicated o happened either the Monday 25th or Tuesday 26th. So I am saying I am 4 dpo at the moment give or take a day.
No symptoms as yet, only a stuffy nose but not counting it cos oh has a cold!

Hi ladies

Im 23 and I came off the pill 5 weeks ago and not had AF yet. Hoping this could be a good sign with all my symptoms.

1st baby

Hi girls

We are TTC number 4 ! I love being a mum and am just as excited to be trying for a fourth as I was with my others. Because I am lucky to already have 3, if I don't get pregnant then I won't be going off to the doctors, instead I will leave it at that. Although now I have it in my head there could be another little one I am very excited for this to happen! We are only in month 2 of TTC. I used OPK's last month but won't this month as we are going on holiday and want to go with the flow! Still got AF so I won't be testing til the end of the month.

Morning all! It's been so nice reading everyones story so far I feel like I've known you all for years!
We have got a really nice group here all at various stages and various pills & potions being tried & tested!
It's exciting and I can't wait to see how we all get on this month x

Day 3 of my cycle so will begin ovulation testing Wednesday then it's go go go

I am hoping I not out already.  Im 12 dpo and got some spotting already so I really hope the witch  is not coming to paying a visit xx

Your not out till the witch arrives Dmari3 so don't worry just yet stay positive could it be an implantation bleed or do you normally spot before your AF due? X

hi Im 34 and Hubby is 35 and we have a daughter who just turned two. we fell first month trying with her on our honeymoon. been ttc number two since Sept 2011. sadly had a mmc in may at 13 weeks so this is our first cycle since. taking pregnacare vits and using internet cheapy opkss. testing date is July 16

DD born June 2010.
Baby number two due April 20, 2013

Hi Dollie.  Yes I do normally spot before AF so I am thinking I am out...  Will wait and see what tomorrow brings .

So nice to read everyones stories! 

Here's mine then:

I'm 38 and this is our second month of ttc!
We are trying for our second, we have a 4 yr old daughter already.
We're having this month without any 'help', just planning to bd as much as poss inbetween days 10 and 20 and fingers crossed!  If no joy this month then I'll buy some clearblue fertility tests for next month.  I don't exactly have age on my side!!!
