Hey Hun, thanks for the link, interesting eh. They continue to say it proves you ovulated but doesn't prove you are pregnant or that it got fertilised. But good to know its working!
Yes I would recommend charting, if you can start straight away the more data the better, use fertility friend. It's also an app. Set an alarm even if it's in the night, you only need a consistent 3 hours sleep to take it, take the temp when the alarm goes off and some thermometers keep the temp stored and you can input it when you get up. This website is useful too, basically if you take the temp at a weird time it recalculates it for you:

As for the vitamins, I am sure the boots ones are fine to be honest, I can compare the ingredients if you wanna? Pregnacare has folic acid, b12, inositol, zinc, b6, and vit E. and some others, but those are the main ones. I am sure the boots ones are good too, a complete vitamin like all those is good. See this link too

And you know I said about taking them with dinner to stop sick feeling, see this

Thats great he will start taking them! Give him it when you take yours with dinner preferably. For my husband he is having Wellman conception ones, but there is probably other makes too. Wellman are good because they have all the b vitamins, zinc and vit e.
