Can anyone tell me what day you count as cd1? Is it the day you get your AF or the first full day of bleeding? I got AF about an hour ago but have been spotting since last night. Bought CBFM for this cycle but that says that if you get AF in the afternoon the you count the next day as day 1. Is this right? Im a but confused!!! Its not hard to confuse me these days though!!!

af is classed a s full flow so CD1 would be today, however unless you get it in the night you set your CBFM to CD1 tomorrow x
