Advice sort on when to test

Hey ladies

I am ttc and AF is due next Saturday ( have a 35 day cycle - although I have a 9 month old baby and cycle only came back at 6 months so could be prone to some changes) . I have been convinced since I ovulated ( Day 18) that I may be pregnant and stupidly did a test far too early yesterday morning - BFN.

However yesterday afternoon/evening had pink mucus and dark brown blood and light cramps. This hasn't continued today - just feel low level cramp. Do you think this could be implantation bleeding? This would be day 11 PO. If so when would be a suitable time to do a pregnancy test? Am I right in thinking whilst bleeding you would get a BFN? Did one this morning and again BFN - does this rule out pregnancy? I used the FR early 6 day thingy.

Sorry a load a questions but any answered would be much appreciated.

Lena

ps I am now on day 30 in my cycle

Hi hun, i dont think you should rule out a bfp just yet! When did you get your bfp with your last child?
Maybe you could leave it a couple of days before you test again! I really hope you get your bfp, good luck xxxx

Awww thank you hun, thats a very sweet thing to say! Nice to meet you too! x

STEADY - on the grandma front! Although let me tell you running around after a 9 month leaves me feeling about 60. But yes -its the best thing ever.
I want to get another in before I leave it too late. Coming up to 36 although I know this is young my Mum went through the menopause at 40 so better get cracking. Anyway best o luck and sure it won't be long till you are adding to your brood. x

It scarey isnt it when you think that you could be going through the menopause in a few years? Im 42 so ive really got to get cracking. My mum and sis went threw it at 50 so im praying that i follow in their footsteps!
Good luck and hope to chat over in the pregnancy forum soon. xxxx

Oh gosh you will be fine. Sorry didn't mean to scare you. My Mum was freakishly early so the doctors have said I may follow in footsteps. Otherwise wouldn't worry and wouldn't hurry so much to have another. My BF had her first last week and she is 40 and plans a stack but she has plenty of time because like you her Mum went through M at 50.
Hope I didn't sound insensitive in anyway.
Also AF just came on good and proper a week early so looks like won't be crossing over to Pregnancy this month. Kind of relieved in a way, At least I can get on with prep for next month and stop wondering could I be.
Better luck for you this month and hope to chat again - you sound lovely. xxxx

LOL, no dont worry you didnt scare me, its somethin ive been thinking about for at least a year now. I just find it scarey that it can sneak up on you and theres nothing you can do about it!!
Im so sorry to hear that AF arrived for you hun but you sound like you have a very positive approach for next month so im keeping everything crossed for you!
Ttc is certainly a rollercoaster ride so i hope i can offer any support you might need.
The ladies on here are allways fab, unfortunately ive been here for two years!! Ive seen a lot of ladies go on to get their bfps and many are even on there second pregnancys!! Its allways lovely to share in the happiness of somebody who gets their bfp!
Hope to chat soon, take care. xxxxx
