Hi undecided, Hope the opk helps you get your bfp this month, I've also read good things about smep if done properly. Hope it works for you

babybear hope you get results soon.

still no sign of af but not sure when or if she's meant to arrive. I've read so many different stories from others who have had the implant some bleed in first few says after removal and some months after, so in a way I'd like her to arrive so I know things are settling down (although a bfp would be much better!) I'm not even sure if I've ovulated, when I had the implant removed the nurse said that day is cd1. On cd14 I had pains in my left ovary quite bad( never had them before) and wondered if they were ovulating pains? But I didn't have any cm or any other sign so I'm not sure? Anyone any ideas?

Woluk hope you ok Hun

Hi Angels

When I had my reflexology the therapist said that she could feel it was 100% better than last month when I had only just had it taken out but that it would probably be another cycle before it was back to normal thickness again.

I am of course only going by what she says for me personally, but, the way the implant works is to thin the lining of the womb so that an egg cannot implant so if you think about it, it could take a couple of cycles to get back to normal.

All of that said, there are plenty of people throughout these forums that have got a BFP really quickly after implant removal, some as quick as 6 weeks (not in my case!!)

Hope that helps xx

Hi Undecided and the Ladies

Just for your information:

'Lynsey - is reflexology the one with needles?! Ouch! (Although maybe it just prepares you better for labour?!)'

Reflexology is completely needle-less, pain free and really relaxing and can (if you get a really good therapist) stimulate fertility over a period of six weekly sessions. Have a look on the internet at pregnancy successes following treatment quite interesting.

Anyway, a therapist will almost massage your feet and different points on your feet represent different parts of your anatomy including your womb and fallopian tunes, this is then stimulated to help.

I have been having it for about three years just as a nice relaxing treatment but when I said we were trying for a baby, my therapist has been working a lot more on my reproductive system so will keep you posted!!!

Lots of love and baby dust xxx

Hi all,

Reflexology is a great way of helping to boost fertility, I have seen it working after one session on a lady who was trying for 3 years!!

Hope everyone is good! Do we have anybody testing this weekend? It would be great to see bfp on this thread!!

I'm 12dpo today no symptoms at all. My chest infection has nearly cleared and I'm still doing the zumba, it's getting easier to do it as it goes on and I can really feel it working! Here's hoping some weight loss will bring me a bfp in the future!!

Wow this thread moves so fast!!!

Wol - I am so sorry hun - here anytime you want a virtual shoulder xxx

Gift-how strong are you walking out of the shop - far stronger than me I totally would have caved throwing baby dust at you , please dont feel pressurised xxx

undecided - I haded settled on a testing date because of the my MC but as I **think ** i ovulated on 6th I will prob now test around 20th Jan which should be 14 DPO. I am just a little concerned my + opk was due to some HCG being left in system but PG had only a practically invisible line and and were def neg later the same day. Am driving myself insane!

To the ladies who were having reflexology - I had one session , my first ever and did become pregnant that month ( sadly MC) but I had only been off pill for one month so may well have helped. Either way I found it very relaxing xx

Loopy - hope your keeping well and feeling a bit better, could you please update my testing date to 20th Jan? Thanks

xx

Hi ladies. Hope you have all been well last few days.
I try to take a few days away from here when af arrives as usually on such a downer.

had a bit of a breakthrough with hubby. We were talking late one night, and I asked him why hes so against docs etc. When i explained that we would not be entitled to ivf etc on nhs down the line (which he got quite upset and angry about!) and that i wanted to get to bottom of any ttc issues as early as possible so we can then make any financial decisions in order for us to have any treatment required, he said he understood, and agreed to see docs!!! so i finally feel like a weights been lifted and we are in this together!
Ive also realised ive been seriously neglecting myself, ttc has taken away any drive to be thinner, healthier and was shocked when i weighed myself.

Any news over the weekend? anyone due to test soon?

Well tested this morn on cbd wanting bfn but got bfp .. still 1 to 2 weeks. Over 2 weeks from Mc. How annoying. So because I can't help myself I did an eBay cheapie which was bfn. So in theory if I am showing a bfp I should get positive opk, so I tried and it was neg. This all following neg tests and pos opk about 4 days ago.

Am so confused now, really wanted to have ovulated last week but guess test was wrong from residual hcg. Think I am going to step away from all tests for a while as they are just confusing me far to much now. :? :?

Am feeling miserable now and is first day back to work aswel . Can't I just stay off forever ??

Sorry for moan X x

Hi ladies, I've been trying to keep up on my phone but find it hard to post from there so thought I'd wait until today when I'm back on the laptop.

Giftuk1 yes its really annoying, it was the hospital that had my Dh on hold. The department was shit over the weekend and with both of us in work its hard to get time off and drive there. My DH is ringing again this morning to try and find out. Not sure if we'll miss ov this month now I haven't been temping or using opks etc but my ov average is CD16, we dtd last nite but we won't be able to until Wednesday or Thursday now just hope we've caught it. Have you tested yet?

LynseyJ74 I've had reflexology too, they couldn't find any issues that needed to be worked on with me but I did find it helpful to relieve stress. Hope it helps you to get your BFP, I've heard some great success stories.

undecideduk2 no we haven't booked the weekend away yet! I've going to book the days off with work today so hopefully we'll book it tonight, there are only 5 rooms left so I need to get a move on. Ohhh moving house is so exciting. Hope you and your hubby manage to do something for Valentines Day. DH is ringing today hopefully if they can put a pot in the post today we'll get it before his appointment if not then we'll see if we can get one from the GP. FC for this month and a BFP in time for the Summer wedding.

baby_bear4 good luck with the results hope all come back okay.

JessiePud hope AF stays away hun.

Rosapenny glad your chest infection is clearing up it won't be long until your testing. How is your Mum?

Blue_xStarx I've updated your testing date, FC for this month.

andi30xx sorry to hear that you have been feeling down hun, I'm always the same when AF arrives for a few days. Great news on your hubby though, so glad he is now on board and you can get the ball rolling when is your appointment?

MrsLD I've added you - good luck! x

Hi ladies, A quick update my DH has just rung to say that he has his 3rd SA on Wednesday hurrah! A bit of a pain as he has to drive to the hospital, pick up the pot then drive home and then drive back to the hospital and then back to work! The hospital says that they sent a letter and pot out but we haven't received one. Just glad its getting done and its another small step forward - so its made my day x

That's great news loopy!!! At least there isn't as long a wait!!
My mum is feeling good although she has started noticing her hair thinner especially today but she's ok about that. Her next chemo session is this Thursday so that will leave just 4 after that!!

Blue-star stay away from the tests for a while and in a few weeks the hcg levels should be down xxxx

13dpo and a migraine so af on the way tomorrow. I list 2lbs this week, not a lot but still a loss!

I'm also keeping up on my phone so really sorry if I missed anybody xxxx

hey ladies, hope u allllll had a fab weekend.

Loopy thank The good Lord that you managed to get an appointment, 2012 seems to be looking up.

Andi thats so nice that you managed to speak to your hubby and so happy for you, it's really nice when our hubbys or OH become supportive.

Blue star I have a very strong feeling that you will fall again very quickly as I know you are really fertile now, so I wouldn't worry using any opk sticks and just bd as much as possible and it enjoy it

Rosapenny well done for getting on and losing weight, it might seem small to you but yiu will find that in the next three months you will begin to see the difference I did the same after my DS was born and 9 months later all the weight just went as if i had been starving myself for two weeks, but i just did it slowly over about 6 months.

A big welcome to you Mr LD, I'm also tcc for my second first months was december and now waiting to see the results of the baby dancing in december.

Ladies i'm 16 or 17 days dpo and no sign of af - could this be............ I'm NOT testing until Friday!

Hi ladies thanks for the kind messages, poor hubby has the hospital tomorrow and the doctors on Thursday, I'm really hoping the doctor will shed some light on the thyroid/fertility issue.

Rosapenny congrats on the weight loss, they reckon you should only lose 2lbs a week if you want to keep it off. Hope AF stays away and glad your Mum is doing well.

Giftuk1 can't believe you haven't tested! Keeping my FC for you hun.

baby_bear4 when my hubby spoke to the receptionist she told him he would have to do it in the male public toilet no offer of a room! FC for good news for you and hubby today.

How are you JessiePud ?

andi30xx hope AF has made a speedy exit so you can get on with this month hun.

BryonyMcM how are you doing?

Nothing much new from me, no bding now as hubby has to 'keep' himself for the SA so no idea if we've caught ov this month as I haven't been temping or using opks just dtd every other day. With hubby's issues I don't know if there is any point as it hasn't helped in 18 months and when its more relaxed it doesn't stress him out. I went to uni last nite but in my rush home I think I managed to get a speeding ticket  x

10/01/2012 at 07:48
loopy..... was it a speed camera or police? I often see the police hidding to catch people speeding near to where i work. they also do loads of random vehicle checks.
hope hubbys appointments go ok x
af still here, i have short cycles and af stays around for 7 days usually which is extremely frustrating
