I posted a while ago asking if anyone had any experience of requesting c-secs due to past traumatic births and some other medical problems. Thank you to the ladies that replied! I just wanted to let you all know that I have had a very successful appointment this morning and will be having my son by ELCS. I had to be very firm and re-live some very hard memories to convince the consultant. I have also had to agree to therapy for my Tocophobia.

I know every case is different, but I hope my story gives hope to those mums to be that, like me, are too teriffied to give birth naturally again. This is my last baby and I really want one lovely birth story to tell everyone after the 2 horror stories. x

I feel exactly the same, i wake up every day from a dream of having a son, a brother for my daughter but i start having a panic attack when i think about having another child, im glad im not the only one! But hopefully after i speak to my gP he can agree to me having a c sec and we can start tryin? Im even scared of 2 c sec a bit! X x

I wish they'd give me an ELC next month. The thought of giving birth again is horrendous. In an ideal world I would like to be put to sleep and wake with it all over. xjx
