I put my sons trainers in the washer and they shrank, although I did put them on a boil wash, deeerrr.

Now I stick to washingup liquid on a damp sponge, works for me.

I've put mine in wash mc before and they came out great, but put them in a bag or pillow case so the laces don't get tangled in the machine. Pretty sure it was a 30' 30min wash and I always let them
Air dry with scrunched up newspaper in shoes

Yeah just washed my lo's trainers and the came out fine x

I clean my own with babywipes come up great ha ha
