Well next time I be online I will be a mummy! Exciting...

My internet at home decided to break (how inconsiderate!) So here I am on the library computer.

I had my sweep today and everything seems to be how they should be, im 2cm dilated and cervix is soft so hopefully things will happen in the next 48 hours, if not then ill be induced monday morning! Hopefully it doesnt come to that.

To all mums who are due or overdue hope your babys come soon!!

I expect to see many birth stories on my return! Good luck all and speak soon!

good luck to you both and all those ladies in waiting.

A sweep is where a doc or mw literally sweeps her fingers around your cervix to try to induce labour. It is a little painful but usually gets things going.
