For my birthday this year, my friends clubbed together and got me a massage at the Clarins spa (situated in Debenhams). Coz I found out I was pregnant I couldnt have the massage but they also do "mum to be" treatments. In exchange for my voucher I got a back massage, facial, leg and foot massage and hand and arm massage. It was so nice. I looked at the price list after and the treatment was ??45, i will defo be saving up for another but will probably wait until the 3rd trimester.

Does anyone know of anywhere else that does mum to be treatments?

My local beauty salon do them, they also do back massge with you sat up on the bed. Try one of your local salons if you cant wait too long. Probably a bit cheaper too.

Hi, sounds lovely. Some places have special pregnancy massage tables with bump hole! I had one at a spa in Cyprus and it was so lovely to lie down on my tummy when I was about 8 months pregnant. I'm sure places in the uk must have them so worth a ring around. Can't think of anywhere off hand but I think alot of salons do mum to be treatments now. You could also go for indian head massage which is safe during pregnancy and includes top of back, neck, shoulders, head and face massage. Better still, teach your oh to give a really good massage. I made my poor oh give me a back massage nearly every other day when I was pregnant last time and he was very good in the end. Just found out I'm pregnant again so time for him to brush up on his skills..lol!x
