i started wearing maternity bras at aroung 12 weeks because u need the extra support as ur boobs grow and u shouldn't be waering underwired bras when u r pregnant...i only do pelvic floor ex when i remember which isn't great and im sorry as im not sure when ur supposed to start them. I havn't heard that u cant eat pepperoni so im uncertain about that question too (whoops i should know more sorry) but about the nuts, u should avoid peanuts if u or ur partner have any nut or serious allergies,or have excema or asthma. all other nuts are fine i was told by mw/. I hope this helps a little xx take care

Do my best... Hi, I'm 31+4, these r questins I asked also, altho advice varies..
B neasured reguarly, I've gone from a 32e to a 34 f, altho I vary in sixe from shop to shop, Its advised to wear non wired bras so they dont interfere with milk flow, I've bought mine ready, I guess I'll prob change within nxt couple of weeks as my bras r becoming little uncomfortable. U start pelvic floor bout 6 weeks b4 ur due date, altho it doesnt hurt 2 start soon as, perenieal oil is good for down there aswell, proven to help less tearing. use that from 6 wks b4 due date, can buy it from baby web sites. No need to avoid pepperoni? unless it repeats on u, indigestion is something I have suffered from a lot. They say to avoid peanuts incase iit passes an alergic reaction to baba, altho there is no evidence of this, I ate peanuts in my 1st trimester so we''l c..!! more important u avoid soft cheeses and pate!
Good luck,hope this helps

I started wearing a support bra at about 10 weeks as my breast were feeling tender and heavy by then. I went to mother care and got measured and they have a wide range in store too. I know you should not eat peanuts but other nuts are fine. I think doing pelvic floor exercises soon wouldn't do any harm as when you get heavier it may be more difficult. Im still eating pepperoni, there is no reason i don't think you can't eat it. Hope that helps. Gem.x

Your milk will still come in whether you breastfeed or not and underwired bras can cause blocked milk ducts which are painful and actually harder to get rid off if you are not brestfeeding the breast doesn't get drained. It can also lead to mastitis which is horible. I know they aren't that attractive but I would stick with the maternity bras!

is pepperoni cooked? i know we cant eat parma ham and some sausage meats from deli counter
jaynie88 - you can get nice fancy maternity bra's in mothercare and other baby shops.ive just stuck to 1 black and 1 white and keep rinsing them. my boobs have stopped growing at the moment but ive already gone up 3 cups sizes and one back size so not splashing out to much on them as they dont last!xx
