I am 38 weeks pregnant and had the midwife today after her not preforming a sweep on me as its to early i asked what my options were to try and speed things up as have been getting period like pain for a few days and baby seems to of slowed down a bit movement wise.

with my first i tried evrything hot foods, pineapple, sex, long walks bumpy roads you name it i tried it.

the only advise that the midwife gave me this time was nipple stimulation and sex, or long walks then plenty of rest, so think i may give them a go, also the walking up the stairs sideways i may give a go.never heard that one before.

good luck to all expecting soon though, ill be glad when this pregancy is over am so tired achy and fed up just want her here with me now x
