Finally got our 4d scan last night after being cancelled last saturday, and all i can say is it was amazing, i know all mums say this about there babies but she was absolutely gorgeous!:\) We were told at our 20 week scan that it looked like a girl and this was confirmed last night when the sonographer had a good look and tried describing her bits as looking like a burger:lol:. She was picking her nose and rubbing her eyes, i cant stop looking at the pictures and watching the dvd. I would recommend one of these scans to anyone who is unsure as it is the nicest thing ever, i was so nervous before the scan, i kept saying to OH she might look like an alien and he was going mad at me! Anyway i am so happy now and cant wait for her to be here, only 12 weeks to go!! nat xx

Ahh im so pleased for you Nat, it must be lovely for you to be able to watch her over and over again. I did think about having one done but then decided the money would be more useful spent elsewhere, why am i so practical! lol. Never mind i will be meeting my baby in 6wks so not too long to wait. Yes i will get OH to try and put some pictures on over the weekend, he has put a big one as the screen saver on the laptop already bless him!! Try and get one done claire, mine cost ??155 and the one at the other clinic should have been ??195, so was ??40 chaper. The sonographer was well funny, he made us feel at real ease, and reminded me a bit of a slimmer jonny vegas, bet you think ive been to a right dodgy clinic now!! xx

Well funnily enough I've just Googled 4d scanning and found a clinic near me....OH says we can't afford it but I'm gonna put on of my kidneys on Ebay or something....I'm only 24 weeks at the moment so am going to try and raise the cash in the next few weeks! I'm determined now!!! I'm going to set up the Claire's 4D Scanning Fund! all contributions welcome lol!!, your sonographer sounds cool, it's good when they put you at ease isn't it! xx xx

Ha ha yes sell your body on ebay, its some mens fantasy going with a pregnant woman! Only kidding, dont suppose your OH will appreciate that comment, get him working some overtime, My OH keeps whinging at me coz i keep saying we need this and that, even though i also work full time i prefer spending his money!! xx

LOL I can only get away with that one for so long as I don't work so I spend ALL of his money ALL of the time!! And I meant selling an organ on Ebay not my whole body HAHAHA!!! xx
