i'm 11 weeks now and just dont feel pregnant anymore?! - Pregnancy

Hi,

This is still really new to me posting on here as i'm a bit of a lurker!

I'm 11 weeks today and have been suffering with horrible morning,day and night sickness since 6 weeks, but for the last few days its completely stopped and I just feel normal?
So now i've started thinking i'm not pregnant anymore and feel paranoid! I hope you dont think i'm daft but its just how i feel, its weird.

I went to the doctors for a quick check up and he didnt do anything but said if I was concerned to phone my Midwife. I called the Midwife and she sounded really bored and basically said its fine dont worry and just couldnt wait to get off the phone. Its the first time i've had a little panic but she could have been a bit more sympathetic!

I'm not a worrier and dont know why i'm reacting like this but I just dont feel pregnant?

Got my first scan on thursday next week so its gonna do my head in til then to find out if everythings ok!

Please someone tell me that they too felt like this and that i'm not losing my mind.

I had the same thing - I had horrendous sickness and by 10 weeks it was pretty much gone!! I'm 30 weeks now so I wouldn't worry. I know all the books say it goes at 12 weeks or later but it happens earlier with a lot of women. xxx

awww huni its normal i still don't feel pregnant except when lil blighter kicks me hard! lol bladder is getting tested! i had nausea up till 10 weeks then it went away and i was convinced baby was gone then had 12 week scan and my lo was there for me to see its the part where placenta takes over some of the control your body had to endure lol HCG is through the placenta not through you hence sickness stopping

don't worry hang in there soon will be time for the scan

Rubywoo i'm new and a bit of a lurker too, glad it's not just me! I agree with what the others are saying, you're just one of the lucky ones! I'm suffering from 'orrible morning/noon/night sickness at the mo - did you just wake up one morning and feel normal, or did it just gradually get better? Either way, i'm sure baby is fine, and now at least you can enjoy the part of feeling normal before feeling like a beachball! xx

I was lucky coz dint really suffer from sickness or ANYTHING, with both of my pregnancies. Im nearly 21wks and still dnt feel pregnant although I have this huge bump which moves around. Iv had 2scans and got another one in just under two wks but still dnt actually feel pregnant, sum women just dnt. I was paranoid going for my 12wk scan coz id never actually had my pregnancy confirmed by anyone they just took my word that home tests were right. I was so sure i was gona get there and they were gona say "ur not even pregnant". Kerry xxx

You might well find you are further along than you think so this is why you have stopped feeling sick.
I'm still feeling sick sadly but its getting a bit better. I found out I was 11 weeks and 4 days at my scan when I thought I was only just 10 weeks.

Think I spoke too soon though as i've been up all night feeling veerrryyyy sick and haven't stopped yet! Blllaaggh.

But at least I feel something! It plays with your head this pregnancy lark! ha ha

I too was really worried and called MW. But the lady I spoke to was helpful and she said most woman tend to feel that way. I too got my sickness back and it gradually went away. I'm now 26+5 and loving this pregnancy with the best bump!!!

She does like to keep me up at night. But its ok. I need to get used it.

I had that OMG

I just woke up one day and didn't feel pregnant. I was all panicky coz of reading all the posts on here about womens babies dying etc. I proper freaked out, wa sin bed for 2 days with cramps etc, mother made me go to the docs in the end and we heard the heartbeat so I was OK after that.
I had been like Tiger, really sick all the time etc, and one day it just stopped. The day after i freaked, i was sick as a dog, it seems baby just wanted a day off lol.

Giving me shit now though I can tell you.

Hi im the same im 11 weeks and wasn't sick for 4 days until I was a passenger in the car then I was sick, I don't feel pregnant and am scared! I also have the worst headaches ever!! X

soo glad i have read these comments I have been worried sick all over xmas and now i feel relief. Dont have a scan for another few weeks, had one at 8 weeks and all was fine, now im just under 11 and do feel much better, so much so that i worry thigns are feelign too good and baby not ok. My fingers are crossed for my next scan, but ur comments have eased my mind xxx thank you xx

I had the same, I've had morning sickness all day until week 10 then it just suddenly stopped! Now I don't feel as pregnant... I was sick until week 14 with both my daughters so I expected that again....

I am now 11.5 weeks and have my 12 week scan this Monday so fingers crossed! I had an early scan at 7 weeks showing baby and heartbeat so I know a baby is there and I have had no bleeding etc so hopefully I am just being paranoid!!! X x x
