morning ladies,

I had a well stresfull week last week, I know that I am truly gifted to be pregnant again but the truth is I just don't enjoy it!! Im always ill and suffer with varies diffrent illness and pains. I have a VERY hectic life style that suits us as a family but have been told that i do need to slow down and relax (much easier said than done) So last night I spent most of the evening reading my book in a champanys filled bath with candles and spicy monster munch (its a craving i cant help it!) and i thoughaly enjoyed myself.

So to get to the point I was intrested other than the bath what does everyone else do to chill out? maybee we can all take leaves out of each others books and find a new way to unwind?

with love

i find turning lights off lighting some sented candels and playing some quiet music works well for me but this is my first so i dont yet have the demands of other children running round my feet so i have the time to take 10 mins out here and there

A bath is my trick too, and then when i get out i take the candles in my room and lie on the bed in my towel n chill out for a bit longer! reading is good if you have the concentration (mine seems to have gone to pot since being pg) x x

Hi emma
Again I am a first time mum so I don't have little ones to run round after but I find baths boring unless I have hours of time on my hands. We have a bedtime routine, we put a reiki cd on in background, then hubby reads our little angel a bedtime story, then we rub moisture lotion into bump and finally play her her mobile. Sounds likes it's more like chilling out baby but it also helps us to chill out too. and then finally we leave reiki cd on sleep mode til we doze off. Other than that I come on here and find that relaxing.

I find having a bath calms me down at night and then a nice backrub from my darling gets me floating on cloud 9. Though saying that. Last night I couldn't sleep and for some reason all sorts of worry overtook me. And I fell asleep at about 5 this morning and at work by 9 already!!! I am feeling extremely tired.

A bath every time for me - but with Sanctuary stuff - it's delish!

Then straight to bed with my electric blanket on and loads of trash mags, cup of tea (if my dh is here to make me one) and a creme egg!!!

I've got a hyper 4 year old so all this is done the minute he goes to bed!
